This Donation Policy explains the terms governing donations made through our website.
1. Voluntary Contributions
All donations made to KRK Sunshine Trust are voluntary. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are contributing willingly to support the Trust’s charitable objectives and social welfare initiatives.
2. Use of Donations
Donations received by KRK Sunshine Trust are utilized to support its charitable programs, operational requirements, community development initiatives, and other activities aligned with the Trust’s mission.
The Trust reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed unless a donation has been specifically designated for a particular project or campaign.
3. Donation Methods
Donations may be made through the payment methods available on our website, including secure online payment gateways or other approved payment options.
All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers. KRK Sunshine Trust does not store your complete debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials on its servers.
4. Donor Information
Donors are requested to provide accurate and complete information while making a donation.

- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Postal Address
- Donation Amount
- PAN Number (where applicable for tax purposes)
Providing incorrect information may result in delays in communication or issuance of donation acknowledgements.
5. Donation Receipt
Upon successful completion of the donation, an acknowledgement or receipt may be issued to the donor through email or other appropriate means.
Where applicable, tax exemption certificates or receipts will be issued in accordance with the applicable laws and subject to the Trust’s registration status.
6. Refund of Donations
Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards charitable activities.
However, a refund request may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate transaction.
- Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting the Trust with relevant payment details.
Approval of refund requests shall be at the sole discretion of KRK Sunshine Trust after verification.
7. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your account but the donation is not successfully recorded, please contact us with your transaction reference number. We will coordinate with the payment service provider to verify the transaction and resolve the issue.
8. Security of Transactions
KRK Sunshine Trust is committed to protecting donor information. Online payments are processed using secure payment gateways that employ industry-standard security measures.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure secure transactions, the Trust shall not be responsible for failures caused by internet disruptions, banking issues, payment gateway outages, or other technical problems beyond its control.
9. Fraud Prevention
The Trust reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or investigate any donation that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws.
10. Changes to this Donation Policy
KRK Sunshine Trust reserves the right to modify this Donation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page along with the revised Effective Date.
